Hi, my name is Jared Plante, and I’m the owner of Plante Electric. Before becoming an electrician, I spent 10 years working as a physical therapist. Over time, I realized I had a different calling, a desire to work hands-on, build, and solve real mechanical problems.

I first explored carpentry, but quickly discovered that electrical work was what I truly loved. After years of training and schooling, I earned my journeyman electrician licenses in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

All of that experience has led me to create Plante Electric. My goal is simple: to provide electrical service that is competent, transparent, and honest. I take pride in being the electrician you can trust to show up, communicate clearly, and do the job right.
